Creating a my Social Security Account for SSI/SSDI applicants

Creating a my Social Security Acccount for SSI/SSDI Applicants SOAR case workers assisting an individual to apply for SSI/SSDI may have noticed a change on the Online Disability Benefit Application. To complete and electronically sign the online application, applicants must create or log-in to their my Social Security account.
