Issue with New Question 22e in CoC-APR and ESG CAPER
We discovered an issue with HUD's report specifications related to the programming of the new Q22e in the CoC-APR and ESG CAPER. This affects clients that are missing answers to both "Approximate Date Homelessness Started" and "Housing Move In Date". This will affect submissions by RRH, PH, and PSH projects as it checks HMID for only these project types.
We have contacted HUD and asked for clarification. We will send out another announcement once we hear back from HUD. We expect to release a fix for the issue in 5.13.1 based upon HUD's response.
