HUD SPM Update
Over the weekend we released the following System Performance Measures (SPM) report and revised User Manual:
- 0703 - Employment and Income Growth for CoC Funded Projects Metric 4 - v7
Please note some of you will have a later date showing than this past weekend in the ART browser for these mapped ART Gallery reports. You can use the above version information to confirm you have the correct version. The 0703 System Performance Measure has a known household issue that is due to limitations within the ART multiple query design and variable editor. At this time it checks the Review Date of all household members instead of only the most recent Review Date of the Head of Household. This issue only affects a small subset of data and the issue will be resolved when the report is re-created next year as a "canned" report in ServicePoint. HUD allows for re-submission of prior years so once the report has been re-created you can re-run it for prior years to determine if you wish to resubmit data to HUD.
We will send out announcements with each release of the remaining revised 0640 and 0700 series ART Gallery reports. The remaining revised reports will be released by the end of January, 2020. As a reminder, the revised "System Performance Measures Prompt Dates FY2019" document is available in the Customer Community library. This document has the recommended prompt values for the current submission.
