Notice CPD-20-01: Four-Year Completion Requirement for HOME-Assisted Projects. This Notice provides guidance to HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) participating jurisdictions (PJs) regarding the requirement that HOME-assisted projects be completed within 4 years of the commitment of HOME funds and outlines the process for resolving noncompliance with this requirement.
