The Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) is holding a question and answer webinar for all State and Entitlement grantees on the new process for amending Consolidated Plans and Annual Action Plans (AAPs) in the eCon Planning Suite. This session will also review the process, timing, and steps required to complete amendments.
The Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) Online Release 11.19, which went live on December 23, 2019, introduced a significant change to how both Consolidated Plans and AAPs are amended in the eCon Planning Suite. The new amendment process will enable grantees to edit, modify and resubmit amended plans that have been previously submitted and reviewed by HUD. The webinar will include an overview and demonstration of the new amendment process. HUD and technical assistance providers will answer questions regarding the eCon Planning Suite and Consolidated Plan process submitted by participants during the presentation.
