Over the past couple of weekends we released the following report and revised User Manual:
- 0630 - Sheltered-Unsheltered PIT 2020 - v24
You can use the version information in this announcement to confirm you have the correct version of this ART Gallery report. If your site is not on at least version 5.13.0 then you will not receive the updated report. This is the last year this report will be run from ART.
WellSky also released the 2020 version of the "Unsheltered PIT Workflow for 0630 ART Gallery Report" document. This document is available in the Customer Community Library - "HACS ServicePoint ClientPoint". For communities that want to use the 0630 report for counting unsheltered clients you must follow the workflow in this document for proper inclusion of clients in the report. You will also need to ensure each unsheltered client has a unique "Client Unique Id" as the 0630 report uses it for de-duplication purposes to meet HUD requirements.
WellSky is currently rebuilding the 0629 Housing Inventory Count in Qlik Sense and it will be released in mid to late March with the updated dedicated bed fields. In the meantime, as you begin to prep for your submission, you may use the 0629 HIC report in ART to review all other fields. WellSky is also making updates to the 0628 HIC Supplemental which will also be released in mid March. We will send out announcements in the future when they are released.
