To access the PY18 reports, select one of the links below for the Accomplishment, Expenditure, or Performance Profile reports: PY18 CDBG Accomplishment Reports PY18 CDBG Activity Expenditure Reports PY18 CDBG Performance Profiles To access previous PY reports, go to the 'Filter By' box on any of the above pages and choose the year for the reports you would like to view. Reports can also be filtered by state. CDBG National Reports are also available on the HUD Exchange at the top right side of their respective pages: CDBG National Accomplishment Reports are available for FY 2005 – FY 2019 and FY 2004. CDBG National Expenditure Reports are available for FY 2001 – FY 2019 for each of the following: All CDBG Disbursements, Entitlement Disbursements, State Disbursements, HUD Administered Disbursements, and Insular Area Disbursements.
