Description and Application
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for environmental training, including maintaining web resources which provide accurate compliance information to the public and the development and maintenance of an online core curriculum and certification
- Provide technical resources and cooperate with program staff to ensure timely resolution of project specific environmental compliance issues and facilitate the program in meeting its mission objectives
- Chair the National Environmental Compliance Committee (NECC)
- Develop and disseminate Departmental environmental policies and procedures which can be applied to all HUD actions after Departmental clearance
