This webinar will discuss how the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) multifamily underwriting template can be used as a resource to complete a portion of the HOME requirement to underwrite each commitment of HOME funds. The session will include a brief overview of HOME regulations and then utilize a sample case study to demonstrate use of the template to underwrite a proposed multi-unit HOME project. This will include determining if the project meets the Participating Jurisdiction’s (PJ’s) underwriting standards and the level of HOME subsidy required to ensure long-term sustainability.
