Maryland Nonprofit Recovery Initiative (NORI) Application Round Opening on August 12, 2020 The State of Maryland will begin accepting applications for the second round of the Maryland Nonprofit Recovery Initiative (NORI) on Wednesday, August 12 at 12 PM. The second round has EXPANDED ELIGIBILITY to include nonprofits of any size and with budgets over $5 million. Eligible nonprofit organizations can receive up to $50,000 in grant assistance for operational support.
