Additional HTF Program reports are available on the Housing Trust Fund Page. | HTF Monthly Reports as of 8/31/2020 Now Available: - HTF Open Activities Report: This report supports HTF grantees in tracking their open HTF activities in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). Information can be viewed by categories such as tenure type, activity type, and percentage of funds drawn.
- HTF Vacant Units Report: This report assists HTF grantees in identifying units marked "vacant" in IDIS. If the vacant units are part of a completed HTF IDIS activity, grantees must enter occupancy and beneficiary data for these units within 120 days of the final drawdown for the activity in IDIS. Field Offices can use this report as a desk monitoring tool to view each state's progress toward 100% occupancy.
For HTF IDIS users, these reports can be run at any time as the IDIS PR107 and PR106 reports. |
