The Office of Environment and Energy (OEE) is hosting a webinar to inform responsible entities and program recipients on environmental review requirements and procedures for HUD-assisted projects during the COVID-19 emergency. Training Objectives Participants will learn: - How to apply Notice CPD-20-07 to determine the appropriate level of review for COVID-19 projects
- How to comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for COVID-19 projects
- About temporary public notice and comment procedures during the public health emergency
