WellSky Important HUD SPM Reports Update

WellSky important update Over the weekend WellSky released new versions of the following HUD SPM reports: 0700 - Length of Time Persons Homeless-Metric 1 - v8 0700.1b - Length of Time Persons Homeless-Metric 1 - v9 WellSky is investigating a potential issue with the Housing Move In Date in the "0706 - Permanent Housing Placement-Retention Metric 7 - v10" report. We anticipate releasing the 0706 report in the automapper over this weekend if we confirm the issue. Irregardless WellSky will send out another announcement with an update on the status of the 0706 report. The SPM/DQF reports are due to HUD by end of business on Friday, February 28th, 2020 . Until the revised report is released we recommend reviewing the results of the other SPM/DQF reports in preparation for inputting the data into the HUD website. For your convenience here is the ...

(February 10, 2020) -   Governor Larry Hogan today announced that the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development's Maryland Mortgage Program reached a record $1 billion in reservations for the program in 2019, representing more than 4,000 homebuyers. This is a 12-month period high for the history of the program. The Maryland Mortgage Program provides fixed-rate mortgages that come with downpayment and closing cost assistance, tax incentives, and student debt relief available through the popular Maryland SmartBuy initiative.
