Resources COVID-19 Homeless System Response: ESG-CV Reporting Guidance: This resource page includes a guidebook that provides detailed information on creating user accounts, generally working in Sage, and completing CSV Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data reporting. It also provides supplemental guidance on adding projects that provided services in the previous period and changing the universe of projects.   COVID-19 Homeless System Response: ESG-CV Quarterly Reporting Calendar: This document outlines ESG-CV reporting roles and responsibilities and provides an overall timeline of events to ensure those responsibilities are successfully met.   ESG-CV Quarterly Reporting Office Hours from December 2020: This office hours focused on submitting the Q1 report as well as how to make any necessary updates to the previous reporting period (the initial report).   SNAPS Disease Risks and Homelessness page: This page contains all COVID-19 infectious disease prevention and response resources.
